SAATI Hibond Plus is a high tension/low elongation polyester monofilament screen-printing fabric with a “vacuum gas” modified surface to enhance stencil performance, offering added bonuses to the stencil maker and printer alike: time savings and stencil durability.

The SAATI Top 12 Plus Clamp provides optimum pneumatic screen tensioning. This highly advanced yet easy to use modular system achieves the highest recommended tensions more uniformly, without over-tensioning the corners.
The SAATI Stretch Mechanical provides the highest reliability and control of any mechanical stretching system. Among the most notable features are its independent warp/weft tensioning capability and self-standing configuration that eliminates the need for a table or external power requirements.

The DLE is supplied as a vertical version and is customized to meet individual requirements. It was one of CST's first models to be sold and has been further developed over the years - this is a flagship model.
CST manufactures systems according to customer requirements in sizes from 2.0 x 2.0m up to 8.0 x 4.0m, or even larger upon special request. The resolutions range from 1000 to 2540 DPI.
Screens can be loaded from the front or sides, various screen weights can be used, and the loading/offloading can be automated.

Safe light goggles are an essential tool for every screen printing business. Safe light goggles ignore the wavelengths that are safe for unexposed stencil material and only allow the wearer to see in the wavelengths that do affect them. Instantly verify the presence or absence of unsafe light wavelengths in the areas where you store, transport and prepare to expose unexposed screens, so you can take decisive action with Safe lighting as needed.
Accurately count the number of threads per inch within +/-2 in mesh counts ranging from 22-528 TPI.

SAATI’s 21 Step Guide is a day one priority for every screen printer across every application.
