Proper screen tension is a requirement for accurate details and halftones. High quality and productivity are requirements for in-house screen tensioning. SAATI offers both pneumatic and manual screen stretching options.
Consistent emulsion thickness is a critical parameter that dictates final image fidelity and quality. Plug-and-play high quality automated screen coating machines help you to improve your coated screen quality and output with reduced physical exertion. It’s much simpler to train operators, or to substitute them in times of need. SAATI offers the widely adopted ProCoat line of sophisticated yet affordable coating machines, in configurations that consider footprint and application.
Enhance your productivity with space-saving, effective screen drying tools. SAATI’s screen drying chambers and rolling screen racks help printers to turn screens around faster, in a controlled way, more comfortably, with a more organized screen department.
SAATI LTS is the perennially awarded line of laser diode powered combined imaging & exposure units enabling shops to print sharper, faster, and with lower costs than any other system.
CST offers DMD-chip powered stencil imaging/exposure systems for flat and rotary screens, with horizontal and vertical variants and resolutions of 1000-25400 dpi. CST is proud to service the over 2,000 machines in the market for customers to meet their needs for the latest technology.
SAATI has been at the forefront of more sustainable exposure lamps and units outside of the computer-to-screen arena. SAATI’s Pro-Lite series are assembled exclusively with 405nm LED arrays - emitting only the perfect targeted wavelength to thoroughly cure stencils, with far less energy expenditure than traditional systems, and with no ambient heat, so the savings extend to climate control as well. Pro-Lite lamps are also the preferred solution for printers looking to substitute failing light sources integrated into older exposure units.

This specially designed anodized aluminum coating trough is interchangeable with any ProCoat coating machine. Made of precision extruded aluminum, then anodized, these troughs clean-up simply with water.
Typically sold in pairs, front and back, the end caps are color-coated; red for the squeegee side and black for the print side. The front trough normally measures 1” / 2.54 cm larger than the back trough. Custom sizes and endcaps available. Materials in stock with standard delivery less than a week. Standard lengths up to 118” / 300 cm.
Coating
This specially designed anodized-aluminum scoop coater has two different coating edges. This offers the user more versatility and more control of the stencil thickness. One edge is sharp for depositing thin emulsion coatings, and the other is thicker and more rounded for depositing heavier emulsion coatings.
The scoop coater is made of precision-extruded aluminum with a corrosion-resistant anodized finish that makes cleanup easy. The end caps are removable for more convenient and thorough cleaning. A trough cover snaps on to prevent debris from contaminating the emulsion for temporary storage as well as added protection.

CST DMD Imaging & Exposure
The DLE is supplied as a vertical version and is customized to meet individual requirements. It was one of CST's first models to be sold and has been further developed over the years - this is a flagship model.
CST manufactures systems according to customer requirements in sizes from 2.0 x 2.0m up to 8.0 x 4.0m, or even larger upon special request. The resolutions range from 1000 to 2540 DPI.
Screens can be loaded from the front or sides, various screen weights can be used, and the loading/offloading can be automated.

CST DMD Imaging & Exposure
This vertical one-piece system is considered “plug-in and play,” with a reduced installation time. The standard configurations are for screens 1 x 1m to 1.5m x 1.5m, with larger systems on special request.
The resolutions vary between 1,000dpi and 2,540dpi.
This system is also often ordered as a side-loading semi-automatic version or as a complete in-line version. Otherwise it loads from the front or sides, saving space.

CST DMD Imaging & Exposure
For the electronics printer that must work with high definition art files but wants to avoid the costs and production delays that come with film positives, CST is launching the CST DLE Smart.
This machine pairs a 48W long-lasting laser light source with 1920 x 1080 DMD chip technology and autofocus function to accurately image & expose high definition images with input resolution up to 25,400 DPI - without film positives.

The DLE ECO combines economy and performance at its best. Thanks to its innovative design, this horizontal machine is of interest to many customers who require a resolution of 1,000 dpi.
The screen can be loaded from any side and then clamped manually. The CST clamping device makes positioning easy and ensures that the starting point is the same for all screens, which offers a considerable time savings during press setup.
This system is always offered as a stand-alone.

Screen Washing
The integrated manual stencil disassembly line for the most efficient manual reclaim. Acting like a horizontal shelf, it’s possible to stack many flat screens at each stage of the reclaim process (improved further by SAATI DDU), allowing the chemical to do the hard work, minimizing scrubbing, and greatly increasing the productivity of the individual operator(s).
