In collaboration with WWF – Varese Insubria and Ente Parco Regionale di Appiano Gentile e Tradate, we adopted two paths with a unique historical value in the Parco Pineta, with the aim to restore them and give them back to the community once again.

Achievements make us proud, but celebrations bring us together. To mark the successful completion of the Parco Pineta regeneration project, we organised a special guided tour for our employees and families to strengthen our consciousness beauty and treasures.

Inspiring young women program

We are women's rights ambassadors and advocates on daily basis. IYW is the CCI France - Italy program dedicated to female empowerment with the aim of increasing female leadership, achieving gender equality and eliminating the gender pay gap at group level.

We believe that the best innovations come from teamwork and mutual interaction. Building the Future is our program to break the mould, value diversity and give voice to all levels of the company, to shape the organisation of the future.

SAATI's steward program

We want to shape today the organisation of tomorrow and nurturing our talent is the best way.

SAATI's steward program is the internal initiative focused on tutoring and mentoring paths for our management team and employees, designed to strengthen leadership, support crosswise performance and promote the exchange of hard and soft skills between different levels of the supply chain.
