CST Direct Light Engraving

DMD Stencil Making

A Digital Mirror Device (DMD) modulates ultra-high power UV light with image data using up to 2,000,000 micro mirrors.

DMD Micro Mirrors

As each of the micro mirrors represents one pixel, high speeds are possible and the imaging quality is exceptionally high.

High Speed Direct Light Engraving

While the DMD moves across the screen surface in sweeps the data scrolls continuously and results in perfectly seamless image production.

High Resolution with Zero Consumables

Resolutions of up to 2,540 dpi are possible. This process totally eliminates ink, wax, film, darkroom the associated chemicals, film processing, masking, retouching and taping of films.
