Coated Fabrics

Our aramid fabrics can be coated with thermoplastic matrixes, to be ready for the heat molding. They are smoke and fire resistant and are all developed in accordance with the latest REACH requirements and guidelines.

Our phenolic resin are characterized by excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength. They strongly bond to the aramid fibers, making our fabrics stronger and dimensionally very stable. On top of this, they grant high heat resistance, low flammability and smoke productions.

Our high-performance epoxy matrix is engineered for exceptional durability and strength. When paired with aramid fabrics, our proprietary epoxy coating delivers outstanding mechanical strength and impact resistance. It also offers superior resistance to chemicals and moisture, ensuring long-lasting performance even in the harshest environments.

Rubberized aramid fabrics combine the strength of aramid fibers with the resilience of specialized rubber coatings. They have excellent mechanical properties, unrivalled resistance against oxidizing and corrosive chemicals, acids, abrasion and flame. They also provide enhanced impact absorption and flexibility, while maintaining the lightweight, high-tensile strength of the aramid core.
