Being part of the R&D team represents for me the perfect opportunity to channel my innate curiosity into concrete projects. Thinking about working in a manufacturing environment can sometimes be unexciting, At SAATI it is not. One of the strengths of working in SAATI's weaving department is definitely the possibility of professional growth that you have in front of you as soon as you enter, and that with enthusiasm and passion you can slowly achieve. Another positive point, and one that is not taken for granted, is the possibility of working on a continuous cycle, which allows you to balance work and private life very well by having a lot of free time.

At SAATI, I am able to contribute to the development of innovative materials that advance technology and improves lives. This work gives me a sense of purpose, knowing I am part of a team pushing the boundaries of material science, by combining my passion for acoustics with the challenge of developing cutting-edge and sustainable solutions.

I joined Tianyi plant in 2022 when it was established and since then I joined the SAATI big family. My duties are mainly Finance and Logistics. The professional competence of my colleagues across SAATI has truly impressed me. This role has not only enhanced my professional skills but also allowed me to thrive in the nurturing environment of a positive corporate culture, filling me with a sense of career fulfillment.
