The Filtration Division of Saati is a global manufacturer of a wide range of precision woven fabrics in monofilament fibres, in particular polyester, polyammide and polypropylene. These technical fabrics have uniform mesh opening, have a smooth surface, can be easily cleaned and are non shedding. Saati precision fabrics provide a narrow aperture size distribution, leading to accurate and predictable filtration. The weave pattern ensures a low pressure drop and consequently an interrupted flow.
In addition to the deep know-how in weaving, Saati has unsurpassed experience in surface treatments, and knows how to finish the fabrics in order to enhance their performances, or to add further characteristics. Surface treatments can make the fabric more hydrophobic or hydrophilic. Fabrics can also be dyed in virtually any color.
